About the Work:
This sculpture responds to the layered and rhythmic character of urban space. It reflects the shifting nature of the city, where structures, signs, and scattered materials overlap and interact. Using everyday objects collected from the streets of Bangkok, the work captures visual energy and surface tension. Each element holds a trace of movement and transformation. Together, they create an impression of how the city leaves its mark on perception, memory, and identity.

Artist’s Note:
This work was inspired by the texture and rhythm of the city. It reflects the layered, chaotic, and often contradictory nature of urban life, where infrastructure and advertising collide with cast-off materials. I use what I find on the street to capture the energy and noise of public space. Each element holds a trace of its former life. Together, they form a sculptural impression of how the city shapes our perception, memory, and identity.
