About the Work:
This piece offers a quiet reflection on presence and memory. A central figure appears burned from within, speaking through stillness rather than fear. Above him, a drone releases arrows, suggesting unseen forces at play. Below, a house, equipment, and distant figures remain suspended, as if caught in time. Created with oil, acrylic, and pastel, the work blends density with softness. It came from sustained internal reflection and became a way to express what could not remain unspoken.

Artist’s Note:
This work is a quiet reflection on memory and its lasting imprint. A central figure appears burned from within, speaking not through fear, but through silence. Above him, a drone hovers and releases arrows, symbols of distance and unseen force. Below, a house, equipment, and soldiers are caught in stillness, suspended in time. I used oil, acrylic, and pastel to blend weight with fragility. The work grew from ongoing internal reflection. It is a way to give form to something that could not stay unspoken.
