A Ukrainian artist who transforms used and storied objects into sculptural works filled with poetic resonance. The Charoen AArt is an artist-run space located near the end of Charoen Krung Road, Thailand's first modern road. Once a family home, it has been transformed into a place where traditional and contemporary art meet. Guided by values of authenticity, culture, and inclusivity, the gallery supports meaningful work and experimental practices, connecting artists, collectors, and communities across cultures.

Illya Skubak is a Ukrainian artist whose work is currently on view at The Charoen AArt. Drawing from a background in theatre and close observation of urban life, he transforms overlooked materials into sculptural works that document gestures, forms, and fleeting moments that cannot be repeated.
