Artist’s Reflection:

Imperfection explores transformation, memory, and the value of what is incomplete. The work began with a photographic base and developed through layers of texture, miniature figures, and three-dimensional elements. A failed 3D-printed fragment, embedded between two canvases, became part of the finished work rather than something to be discarded. The transparent acrylic structure and white base are integral to the piece, creating space around the central object while allowing it to be viewed from multiple sides. The presentation shifts the work from image to artefact, reinforcing ideas of visibility, concealment, fragility, and preservation.
