Artwork Release Policy

We believe that a respectful and secure process helps protect both artists and the gallery. This Artwork Release Policy ensures that each artwork is transferred safely, accurately and with proper documentation.
Release by Appointment Only
Artwork release, collection or handover is available by appointment only. Appointments must be confirmed in writing at least 3 business days in advance. Walk-ins or unannounced visits cannot be accommodated, and the gallery reserves the right to refuse entry in such cases.
Identity Verification
To ensure security and prevent identity fraud, valid identification is required for anyone receiving artworks.
If the receiver is acting on behalf of the artist or owner, they must provide a signed authorisation letter and a statement confirming their role, such as Designated Receiver or Legal Representative.
If the artist is present, the artist must also present valid identification and sign all release documents. For security reasons, we cannot release artworks to any person, including the artist, without proper identification and signatures.

Artworks will be released only after all required documents are completed and signed, including:
Handling and Condition
Only gallery staff may handle artworks on the premises. Visitors cannot enter the storage area or handle artworks.
For safety, liability and insurance reasons, artworks cannot be unpacked, opened or inspected by visitors. All inspection and documentation will be carried out by gallery staff only. The gallery will photograph and document each artwork before release.
Delivery and Logistics
Delivery within Bangkok may be covered depending on the written agreement. Delivery outside Bangkok may incur additional costs and must be confirmed in advance. Delivery will take place only after identity and documentation have been verified.
Refusal of Release
The gallery reserves the right to refuse release if:
Storage
The gallery provides secure storage only for the duration agreed in writing. Long-term storage, extended storage or storage outside the exhibition period is at the gallery’s discretion and may involve additional fees.

- Thai ID or passport (original for verification)
- A signed copy of the ID or passport
